Modify user profile fields

In Peru it is not usual to use a postal code to send shipments, for that reason the checkout fields were modified with the plugin: “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” To establish the shipment by Department / Province / District
But it should work in the following way: when choosing one of the 24 departments of Peru, their respective provinces must be filled and in the same way when choosing a province their districts must be loaded.
How can I achieve this with the WoodMart template?
And also, how can I modify the fields of the wordpress user profile, since they should have the same data as woocommerce?

1) Sorry but such modifications could not be achieved with the theme you need to ask the plugin support for help for this. Because the checkout is WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t… influence.
2) Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
You need to find a plugin for that.
