Most recent update to theme potentially blocking important HTML

Hi there,

I have some software which has been running on my site for years, since the last update of wood mart which I updated last week it has come to my attention that my customers are not able to amend their subscriptions. Upon speaking with the developers of the software they have informed me that the theme is now not allowing the HTML to run, if you cld please take a look at the attached image for their message to me.
Are you able to help me with this please?

We checked your screenshot but can’t clearly see what is wrong with the markup. Could you please send us a screenshot of a better quality so we can see what is wrong there? Also, are we able to switch between themes on your website and see if it is caused by WoodMart or not?

Hi there,

It seems that this problem is not happening outside of the theme.

The button uses ‘wp_footer’ to load the modal, and at this moment, the modal loads in an HTML element with class sb_order_bump_popup. If the page template has the wp_footer() function inside the HTML element pop-up, this must be corrected. you can see this in the element with the screenshot attached. The button ‘add a new product’ is the part not working and this was fine up until the most recent update.
