Move Add to Cart Button Below Priace

I would like to move the ADD TO CART button right below the price of the product. Currently it comes after the description. I included a link to show you how it looks now and I also attached a mock-up of where I would prefer the ADD TO CART button was located. I’ve looked through the theme files and the WooCommerce files and I can’t figure out what code I need to adjust to make this layout possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
