Move the location of the "preset" from the right-side column

Dear,

This new preset is taking all space for nothing on the right-side.

Why don’t you just add a section Presets ?
> it could be above General
> it could be after Import/Export/Reset
> or anywhere else

but is this really the current best location? I don’t think so.

It’s kind of annoying to have that there, taking a full column whereas it doesn’t need so much space. It makes everything narrower, especially when working in the Custom CSS for instance…
