Move Up-Sells on Cart Page

    Hello,

    Is there a way to move the Up-Sells on Cart Page to below the Products added to Cart?

    Why? Because the Up-Sells are currently so low, they are below the page fold and no one sees them.

    You see that products are right under the cart, the left block height moves it lower and it cannot be changed.
