I can’t believe this is the final (and complete) answer.
As with any website with Woocomerce, the conversion pixel needs to be loaded on specific pages.
There is certainly another plugin or another solution.
After all, you need to load ‘checkout’ and ‘purchase’ on the checkout and purchase confirmation pages (and only)

Our theme 100% compatible with Woocommerce, however, our support policy does not cover integrations of third parties code or plugins with Woocommerce and we do not have any instruction thereon.
