I have the same problem. Your solution does not work, because the pages loose the links in the Page Title Area, since these are only displayed as long as you are within the shop category. Also the breadcrumb nav will not work with this solution.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

Hello. Why did you move the Post? Now it does not make sense anymore, because my post refers to a special problem and a suggested solution. There is no need to test this with storefront – because it refers to functionality that is part of the woodmart theme. But now, everything is out of context.
