I have the same problem. I’m on Hostinger and cannot import Basic or full demo. I tested different PHP versions, disabled additional plugins, but there’s no avail. I contacted Hostinger waiting for their answer. I’m not sure if this problem should be resolved by Hostinger or Xtemos but we need to resolve this ASAP.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and try to upload, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access.

I just fix it from hostinger
they said
bitninja block the ip
it cost me 2 days…
so just tell their service to unblock it
