Moved: Reply To: My Social Media Icons are missing

Hi All,
I’m experiencing this same issue but only with one (at least that I know of) user.
This particular user has tried updated versions of Chrome, Firefox & Edge, cleared his cache multiple times and yet the social media icons and search box appear as white boxes. What can be causing this? Please don’t suggest a plugin conflict as he seems to be the only one who’s having issues.
He has plenty of bandwidth & doesn’t have any speed issues.
Just wondering if/how @xtolia got the problem resolved?

Please save the Theme Setting, update files in CSS generator if you used them and clear your cache.
Please check Dashboard > Settings > Genera > site URL: if your site is https://… it should be the same URL there.
In addition, sit with www and without www may cause the problem.
If you have one user with the problem and all others see the icons, it means that that user has his unique browser settings and our theme cannot influence that. I am checking your site and I see icons clearly.
