Moving website with theme to another host

I’ve started building a new site with my host company but hitting certain limitations. I have space with another company and would like to move this site across to them.
Can I backup all of the WoodMart data, banners, images and copy over or could there be possible conflicts with this? I’d sooner not start from the start again but if this is recommended I will. TIA

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first then migrate the site. Also, you can use any other plugin as well.
