Multi-language with multi-layout – RTL for Arabic and regular for English

I’m planning to have Multi-language website English and Arabic, my questions are:
1) I’m going to buy and use WPML, however I need to confirm the ability of customizing your theme layout based on the language (RTL for Arabic and LTR(Normal) for English), how can I achieve this?
2) Currently, I have to change the language to Arabic from the WordPress settings along with importing the base RTL demo in order to get the WoodMart RTL layout working correctly. this changes the WordPress dashboard/CMS to Arabic as well and I need to change the website layout only. Am I doing something incorrectly here? thanks

Our theme does support WPML and RTL. Please find here instructions on how to switch to RTL.
There should be a plugin allowing to switch the dashboard, our theme does not have such an option.
