    Hi,

We would like to have our webshop in 3 different languages. I have used Loco Translate Plugin in the past and I know it works pretty well, together with WPML. Besides I see that your theme is 100% compatible with both plugins. Perfect!

However, I have never translated a Webshop before and I know that Loco translate plugin “simply” duplicates pages. Therefore I was wondering how the Woocommerce plugin deals with translations. I mean, for instance, if I translate the Woocommerce and all the products in different languages, does the product stock automatically multiply by the number of languages. In other words, If I have 25 product parts in stock in the French version, will I have 50 in stock if I decide to translate the website into English or the woocommerce automatically centralizes the stock? I guess they thought about this eventuality. I was just wondering.

Thanks a lot for your help!

    Regards,

    Bertrand

    Hello,

WPML works with Woocommerce in the same way as with WordPress posts and pages. Product stock is synchronized. The product is one the same it just has different views.

You would better refer to the Woocommerce documentation and WPML documentation.

    Hi,

Waouw, super quick answer, much appreciated!

Ok no worries then, as usual, I should just use both plugins together (Loco translate for the theme & WPML for Woocommerce) to translate the website.

Thank you very much for your help.

    Best regards,

    Bertrand
