Multiple Desktop Issues – Slider, Tabs, Hover Not Working

    Hello,

    I have recently noticed several issues that are affecting only the desktop version of my website. I’m not sure how or when exactly these issues started happening, as everything was working fine before. Maybe after recent woordpress update.. Probably there are more issuse, but right now, this is what i find out so far..

    The issues I’m currently experiencing include:

    – The homepage slider is not displaying, like there is no another slide, only one..

    – Product tabs (such as Ingredients and Additional Info) are not clickable

    – Hover effects on product images on SHOP PAGE (which previously showed a short description when hovering with the mouse) are no longer working

    Everything works correctly on mobile devices ( some features—like hover—cannot be tested on mobile, since there is no mouse interaction, hover is not possible on touchscreens).

    01, 02. Please deactivate all the third-party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the third-party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    03. If you want to show a short description. You need to choose the “show summary on hover” style. Navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Product Styles > Choose the “show summary on hover” product style. Then, show “excerpt” in the Hover content in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Product Styles.

    This product style will show your short description on grid products:

    Hello,

    You were right — the issue was indeed related to incorrectly categorized scripts in the cookies plugin. Once I adjusted the script settings, everything started working properly again.
