multiple drop downs with full width in new page

I created a new page and in that page i want full width multiple drop downs. How can i do this ? For better understanding please see the image. I want exactly that thing.
Example
ABC (main title of drop down)
DEF (second title)
GHI with page link (thrid layer)

I saw the screenshot you attached.
Our theme has an accordion element but it is not possible to add accordion in accordion as you required.
