Hello, I have connected the instagram account via api, however for every instagram post the image uploads multiple times to the media gallery thus now having dozens copies of the same image.

How can i fix this and also delete the multiple images at once?

    Thank you

    Hello,

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Thank you in advance

Thanks, but i can still see the duplicated images in media library. Do i have to delete them manually?

I notice that all mistakenly generated images are in folder uploads/2021/09. So if i delete all images in that folder will they be regenerated so that they show up correctly?

You need to delete this images in your Media library in WordPress dashboard.

    Hello,

Did you have the chance to fix it?
Also, can you please send the fixed file(s) so that they don’t get lost again on a future update?

    Thank you!
