Multiple Issues: Need Help

Hi Team,

I have just completed adding products on the site (test site before pushed to production) and facing a few issues beyond my technical expertise:

Shop archive page’s filters are coming on top of products instead of on the left side, this not only look bad on desktop but look horrible on a mobile site where filters should not be visible at all. How do I change filter’s location?

Also, menu bar are appearing messed up on single product as well as any other page

Browse Category is auto collapsible on all other pages but not collapsible on home page, how to make it collapsible on home page and also make slider on home page full width (which is not happening due to space occupied by browse category):

1. Please Goto >> Theme Settings >> Shop >> Shop filters. And disable it.

Then Go to Theme Settings >> Product Archive >> Sidebar and set the layout.

And add widgets to the Shop page widget area under Appearance >> Widgets.

2. Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.single-product .main-page-wrapper {
    padding-top: 40px;
}

3. Please Edit the Homepage and disable the option as in the screenshot.

Thank you very much for your assistance, I have managed to fix them all with your instructions however now stuck with one more problem that product description tab is not showing actual description updated.

FYI – Additional Info button is turned on, while preview in elementor shows details on description tab but actual product does not.

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Hi Aizaz, this was verified in wordpress theme, the description was earlier visible in woodmart as well however it got wiped out recently (probably after applying layout with 6.3). Checked on a staging site as well and there too the same problem shows up.

I have a few more problems to share but will share after this one gets fixed as I need to make this site live before this month ends.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins and check back.

If the issue still occurs then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

@Aizaz, all plugin deactivated except for Elementor, Woocommerce, the problem persists.

I am actively developing the website right now thus need to turn on essential plugins, you have full access, you can disable all the plugins once again when you are visiting and carry out your tests.

It looks like this is a known issue, just noticed the patch:

Description problem solved after patch application.

I have one a few more issues where I would need help, will post in this thread later.

I have designed a footer in the home page itself which looks better however brought 2 problems:

1. The footer is not available on other pages, is there a way I could use portion of the footer on all the pages?

2. There is a huge empty space below footer, how can I get rid of the space to make footer touch the bottom part of the web page?

Kindly ignore, I have sorted this problem.
