Multiple issues on Woodmart (mobile menu, footer, filter sidebar on mobile)

Hello, I’m having multiple issues all of a sudden on the Woodmart theme:

• Footer Missing on desktop version
• Sidebar (filter) on shop pages on mobile not showing
• Burger menu on mobile version not showing when clicked
• Product categories carousel – HTML block at top of category shop pages not moving or showing scroll buttons

I’ve included my website link in the private content.

Please deactivate and delete CMB2 and Redux plugins they are no more needed https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/3-x-4-0-migration-guide/

As for the issues, please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check.

Looks like we’ve deactivated those rdux, cmb2 plugins and have deactivated all non nessasary plugins.

please let me know if you can see an issue why:

• Footer Missing on desktop version (now missing? It was under Instagram feed)
• Sidebar (filter prices etc) on shop pages on mobile not showing when clicked
• Burger menu on mobile version not showing when clicked
• Product categories carousel – HTML block at top of category shop pages not moving or showing scroll buttons

The issues are preventing me from using and fully launching the website.

I have deactivated all non-necessary plugins as requested.

You have a header banner HTML block and you have enabled sticky column in it. I have disabled and it has solved issues:
Footer Missing on the desktop version (now missing? It was under Instagram feed)
Sidebar (filter prices etc) on shop pages on mobile not showing when clicked
Burger menu on mobile version not showing when clicked

As for the shop page. It is a functional page, please remove the content from it.

If you want to add content into the shop page in the top, follow these steps:

1. Enable Top filters in the Theme Settings > Shop > Shop filters https://gyazo.com/3564df2a5d658a0010b6c0ebd0b537d4

2. Enable Shop filters area always opened

3. Shop filters content type should be set Custom content

4. You can choose the HTML block with the content from the Shop filters custom content drop-down.
