2. There is no WP Bakery Page Builder in Appearance > Install Plugins for it to be updated and same goes with Slider Revolution – Is it that when it needs updating is only then it appears here? Just wondering because not many themes does that as they will still list it here and show it all the time.

The error cannot be found in WP Dashboard. It is in the server error logs. How could you find it in the WordPress Dashboard?

The error is genuine and I have no idea where you found that there is no error.
