Multiple Product Discunt and Order Status

Hi Team,
1. How do we integrate 10% discount rate, which gets calculated automatically on any purchase of quantity 2 or more products.
2. How are we supposed to change the status of ordered product to “Packed”, “Shipped” and “Delivered”. I couldn’t find these options on woocommerce dropdown option.

Please refer to the Woocomerce documentation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/ This is Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not have the options for that.
