Multiple shopping carts on the shopping cart page

Hello support Team,

there is a problem with a few of our shops. If you are on the shopping cart page and you e.g. change the product amount and update the shopping cart, a second or even third shopping cart summary appears on the right. Do you have a a solution for that problem.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, switch to the parent theme temporarily.

yes we did all of this and the error still remains. We have multiple carts on the checkout page on multiple websites.

I included a link for temporary admin access so you can checkout the error yourself.

Currently we are hiding one of the shopping carts with CSS but if we increase the amount of products to purchase there is another cart added.

We tried once again. If we disable Elementor it does work. But we need Elementor active because we build the website with elementor.

So is there a fix for it?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

As you can see with Storefront enabled we only have 1 cart on the cart page but with Woodmart we have multiple.

Please, keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off and send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong.

I can not turn all plugins off on that page because it is live but we have the same error on this page which is currently in developer mode. So here I can disable all plugins.

I disabled all plugins which are not related to the theme and I added FTP access and temporary admin access in the extra information.

While deactivating all plugins I realized that the error is because of the addon “Essential Addons”. But I need this addon for certain elements. Can you look at it and maybe find the fix for this? Because this happens on all our webshops where we use Woodmart and Essential Addons.

We don’t know what exactly this plugin does to cause this problem. You need to contact plugin developers first and ask them to check the issue from their side.
