Multiple tab for gallery

I would like to have a multiple tab function can show different country galleries,
when I click into image, it canl redirect me to a url.

how can i achieve this function

Sorry to say but the Section that you have referenced through Screenshot is AJAX Product Tabs. It shows Products when you click the Tabs shown in it.
