tyronfParticipantHi Woodmart Team,
We are experiencing multiple issues with our website, and we suspect it may be due to our integration with Commercebuild. They previously had their own platform that synced with Sage but are now transitioning to WordPress.
Here are the four main issues we are facing:
- Despite changing the currency in WooCommerce, our website is still displaying the dollar symbol.
- We have kitting items (bundled products), but they are showing as out of stock even when stock is available. We tested this with another theme, and it worked correctly, so the issue seems to be related to the theme.
- Our product pages are not updating and continue to load indefinitely.
- This is our biggest concern: In the Preset Options settings, the Conditions dropdown currently detects user roles from the Members plugin. However, we need it to also recognize user groups from Commercebuild’s Group Management (visible in the top menu of our dashboard under Commercebuild). This would allow us to customize the website’s appearance for different user groups. We believe this should be a relatively simple fix.
Please let us know how we can resolve these issues.

tyronfParticipantPoint 3: Our product pages are not updating and continue to load indefinitely.
This point has been fixed already but I am not able to edit my query.

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
1. It seems the issue is related to the 3rd party plugins. Disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent themeThen activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
2. Send me some screenshots of where I can find those bundles of products with that issue.
4. Sorry to say that but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
Kind Regards

tyronfParticipantHi Luke, thank you for the response.
1 – Perfect, I will implement this test.
2 – Here is a link to an example:
https://handsdown.mystagingwebsite.com/?s=Facial+Sponges-Pack&post_type=productAll facial sponges are showing out of stock even though there is stock. Commercebuild tested it and said it is a theme issue. Let me know thanks.
4 – No worries at all, I will have to speak to Commercebuild as they have a team that can assist us with some customization.
Thanks again

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
2. May I disable 3rd party plugins and enable the parent/default theme for testing?
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
I have increased a little bit quantity – https://prnt.sc/f4s2VkJvV3x9 , disable these plugins – https://prnt.sc/kwBXCMBQBbZ7 and it started to work – https://prnt.sc/948sDEl6kVfd
So this is something related to those https://prnt.sc/kwBXCMBQBbZ7 plugins.
Kind Regards

tyronfParticipantHi Luke, so we need those plugins as Commercebuild is our main source for this website which links our website to sage. So those plugins pull the stock quantities and prices directly from Sage.

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
I have checked it on the default theme and there is the same issue – https://prnt.sc/j8VPfe_YhzFB
It means that our theme cannot affect that issue as on the default the issue persists so the issue is related to the plugin or WooCommerce, I suggest you contact them and ask them to investigate it.
Kind Regards
