Multiple things do not work since update, SEARCH, new wishlist

Things do not work and appear different on Chrome / firefox. I have cleared cache1. Search on site was fine yesterday – I work with the search facility frequently. It worked yesterday, it does not today the only difference is that I have got the latest version of the theme.
It seems to work for products in one category – Eg put ELLAND into search, and it brings up a product that is “to eat” – Elland Potatoes to Eat.
Put in AMBO – it brings up the “to eat” product “Ambo Potatoes to Eat”, but not the other AMBO. This worked – I find the url quickly when I want to direct customers to a product.

2. your new feature to compare different categories – you need to have a way to supress some categories – I do not want all to be available to view (I have found a short term fix in another plug in that I used before. We have price bands, and whether that product is available on another store etc) I have categories that are only used back end and not for customers. This is a handy feature to be able to compare products, well done. Although that should be extended – we should be able to choose what is in that grid and not have it standard.
The “remove category button” is not in my theme colours – it is bright red, this needs to be changed
3. The multiple wish lists – I have switched it on in my woodmart dashboard.
This does NOT work in Google Chrome when not signed in,
It does work in Google Chrome when signed in
Does NOT work in Firefox when not signed in. …… the vast majority of my customers do not create an account and so this needs to be fixed as well, please.That is what I have found so far, but have not gone through the site – the search facility is the most important and we will be losing orders if customers can’t find what they are looking for.

What is going on? things work depending on whether or not I am signed it – but it isn’t consistent. Some things working when signed in, and some working when not signed in.

This should have been automatic – I shouldn’t need to find solutions to problems that were not there before the updates.

In Firefox it is fine, when not signed in.
in Chrome it is still bright red (have cleared the cache and cleared browser) when signed inI did not have any appearance problems between browsers yesterday – I know this as I use both – I have 2 screens and usually keep Chrome not signed in, and firefox signed in, i am regularly checking things and getting links for customers.
I obviously have many customers using many different browsers.

I have a tab – it should have 5 varieties.
In firefox not logged in, it is there,
In Chrome, logged in, it is NOT there. The titles are there, but the tabs are not (note, I then have pictures of the products below this tab – the tab should have some more information, and one more picture)This was working yesterday – we have many people use this page and I was on the phone to someone while chatting about it
Why would logged in, make it not work, yet not logged in it is working in a different browser?

Pleas update the plugins in Appearance > Installed plugins.
If the problem remains, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.
Please, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

all plugins are updated and are mostly updated by auto update. As the plugins were all updated before I put this thread here, all problems I have stated are still there.If you are going to deactivate the theme, how will the maintenance page still be there? My customers will just see a complete mess if you switch theme.

I don’t see where to do that. There is nothing on the dashboard.
I assume you are in a different time zone, as you have answered at 4am. And so at 11pm UK time I can take a backup and put into maintenance. But I don’t see an email to use to allow you to log in, so please tell me what to use.Another thing that is different on different servers – your new rounded corner bit for pics shows on chrome but not on firefox.

I have solved the search bar.
The plugin that I downloaded to suppress the categories (on your compare feature) was not compatible with your theme. I cannot use the new feature in the theme as I do not want all categories shown. I will put that in the feature request.All other things relate to the different view in different browsers – eg wish list, the button, etc etc
See attached wish lists – they are the complete opposite
Not signed in on Chrome- pics are round, but I cannot make extra with lists
signed in on firefox, pics are square, but I can make extra listsThank you

The problem may be caused by incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly.

This is incorrect. We have used https for years. I haven’t changed anything.
Here it is from my dashboard > settings > general – see screen shot

Site Address (URL) https://www.potatohouse.co.ukThis is a bit weird that you should suddenly find access to my dashboard, as you haven’t yet given me an email. I do not know where you have found this information you state. The screen shot shows how my dashboard is (and was, and has been for years)
All things I have mentioned before still do not work correctly on some browsers.
