    Hi,
    I have some problems lately with your theme that up to few days ago it was alright.
    I believe wpml plugin has to do something with the compatibility with this theme on some of these problems.
    1. The Reviews are not displayed in the second language on single product page or the images in the reviews. See here http://prntscr.com/t49mqr
    2. The shop thumbnails are not on the same size anymore but it used to be. In appearance>woocommerce>Thumbnail width is 300 value.
    3. In second language the choose options (attributes) in the shop page and single product page for variables it doesn’t include the options but only the labels. See here: http://prntscr.com/t49lgj

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

    1) Please read the following article for further help:

    2) The product images are controlled by WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence them. WooCommerce provides settings for the product images that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.

    Please make sure that you have set the crop accordingly. The image size should be greater than the crop for it to work perfectly.

    Hi,
    1) If this is the case then its inconvenient. Is there any other means to make the site multilingual?
    2) It doesn’t work with this theme now whatever crop size i put. It was working fine and i strongly believe its a theme issue.
    3) If i don’t put color and select swatch view then it works with a drop down. This is weird

    1) The reviews are WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence this. As I referred the WPML Support forum ticket link for further help you can try solving the problem.

    2 & 3) Please provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Yes you need to translate the products as well.

    I saw the screenshot you attached. Please login to your Cpanel and rename the plugins and themes folder. Then login to the website dashboard and check which one is causing the issue in your case.

    Hi,
    You mean the Root folders? That will break the site how will i be able to login?
    I already tried renaming the woodmart theme and trying other themes all are the same. Also tried leaving only woocommerce plugin but stills same error

    When you purchase another theme you will face the same problems because these issues are:

    1. The matter of WPML and WooCommerce functionality. You can see that the same issue occurred here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/reviews-can-i-show-all-language-reviews/ As you can see this guy uses another theme, not Woodmart and still has the same problem. This problem is solved either by “Show reviews in all languages” clicked by a user or by means of the free additional plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/multilingual-comments/

    2. You need to crop your images or upload images of the same size and proportion.

    3. I have checked the shop page in both languages. I see the attributes and attribute items, I have added the product successfully in both languages. https://prnt.sc/t7e0wz It seems this problem has been solved, hasn’t it?

    Hi,
    1) I am aware however i do not want to use a plugin that has not been updated for a year also i don’t want this to break in upcoming upgrade. For this i am talking with wpml no worries.

    2) I cannot crop the images because this is a multivendor marketplace. The images will be uploaded by other people. It was working just fine and i was happy.

    3) Yes the product needed to be translated if its variable to show attributes.

    We checked your site from Ukraine and Pakistan. Our team is international.

    1. If you do not want to use this plugin you can try to search an equal one but better or use “Show reviews in all languages” as my colleague told you will have to accept that regardless of the theme as WPML does not have any other option for Woocommerce. We support WPML 100% at the same time we cannot suggest the options which never existed.

    2. Have you contacted the plugin support? I am afraid you would have the same no matter the theme you chose. Make the full backup of your site and export the theme settings, test the issue on the free Storefront theme to detect if the theme causes the problem.

    3. It seems at the moment of your first topic you have not translated all, no we check and everything works well.

    Hello,

    When there are comments in both languages a link is displayed “Show reviews in all languages” which when clicked will display the comments in both languages.

    You need to translate the comments to all the languages.

    Hi see this product there is translated product review also https://findorr.com/prd/simple-product/
    But it doesn’t show anything or any button only in English. I am trying to understand how i will give a correct solution to this because wpml sends me to you the theme authors you send me back 🙂

    Hello,

    I have checked the WPML settings and options thoroughly. There is the option “Synchronize comments on duplicate content” in WPML Settings. https://prnt.sc/t8ijxv

    When you enable this option, all the reviews are synchronized https://prnt.sc/t8ijjp

    All the reviews which are left after the enabled synchronization would be duplicated among the translation, however, you will have to translate the text.

    Before I enabled this option there was just a notification about the review and no link.

    Hi yes it’s checked but is not working it only shows in the primary language. English. One of the reviews is added while in second language still shows only in primary

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the reviews. I have tested on my side it works correctly.
