On the default theme, we can see that the page loads more than 3s – https://prnt.sc/uBPBaKVcUdku , if we disable 3rd party plugins it will be around 1.6s – https://prnt.sc/HfddXofI9f-c which still not the best result as the default theme should be loaded around 1s. Therefore, we can see that the speed affects by 3rd party plugins and not stable server.

Yep, you have some issues with the server too because on the default theme we can see such a result – https://prnt.sc/HfddXofI9f-c , the default theme doesn’t have any elements, it’s an empty theme and it should loads around 1s.

As for the plugins, Please disable all plugins except these ones:

Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme

Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
