My Account/Log in Icon > No Menu, still black Browserscreen

    Hello.

    I currently have the following problem.
    When I click on the “My Account/Log In icon” (see attachment) to register, the corresponding menu currently appears ONLY with the “Firefox” browser. With “Safari” and “Google Chrome” the browser window is ONLY transparent black. No menu opens.
    But also with “Firefox” the opening of the “Log In menu” via the icon does not always work.

    What is the reason for this and how can I solve the problem?
