My account Login/Register tabs not working

I have enabled My account Register/Login tabs in Theme Settings under My Account options of Shop options but I see only login form and nothing about Registration.

Please navigate to Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy and make sure you have enabled the option. https://prnt.sc/m4cg92
