MY ACCOUNT menu contains an unwanted list item

Hi, There is a bug in the theme!
Whenever i am going to the My Account menu Items, it is showing one additional unwanted menu item which must not be there.
I am shairing some images with this ticket, which are self-explanatory.
Please check and tell me, how can i fix this issue to remove this unwanted menu-item from MyAccount menu.
