My Account Page Crashed or not working. Unable to create a new account also,

My Account Page is showing Invalid (Crashed). In the Menu Section also it is showing in red color (Some invalid items are there). (PFA) for better understanding. Have mentioned my Admin details below, Please fix this for me

I saw the screenshots you attached and logged into your website and there is no such issue on your website.
I have added my account to the main menu and it’s working.

I Understand that but i am Unable to Create New Account
If I clicked on Create new Account, It shows 404 page not found….
there’s some error in the functionality i suppose, I asked you to help me fix that.
