My Account Page is showing avatar icon and logout link on bottom of page

When a user is signed into the My Account Page, there is a blank avatar icon and “Welcome, {guests name}. Sign Out {link} on the bottom of the page overlapping my footer. I’ve uploaded a screenshot for reference.

As we can see, you have created this page with Visual Composer that adds additional wrong styles to it. Be sure that this page has only an account shortcode without any rows or columns. Also, remove this custom CSS added by you to this page
