Please check using the following credentials to confirm if it’s your theme conflicting with Woocommerce or some CSS issue. Please provide a solution for us

Hello,

Are you able to temporarily switch to default theme? We are there and check if it is the theme problem or not. Also, keep all external plugins temporarily disabled.

Yes you can do. Then switch back. Site is not live.

We just tested your user and you have admin access. Please clear cache or open private window. It works.

Yes, it doesn’t work with other themes as well. Try to disable external plugins https://gyazo.com/1c6a709a20050b9b12ea6fc9f5d16fd7
