My Account slide not working

I try every solution in this forum, but not working. I make the my account mobile setting as desktop setting and my account still appear as a drop down form not slide.

Hello,
The sidebar (slide-out) login/register form only appears for guest users (not logged in). Once you’re logged in, especially as an admin, the account section will show as a dropdown with WooCommerce endpoints like Orders, Downloads, etc.
It’s currently not possible to show the full WooCommerce endpoints inside the sidebar slide. The sidebar is only meant for login/register.

I have another important quection. from my facebook page I have a CTA button that when clicked, rediret the user to my site: https://mushafword.com/CallToActionPageWithACloseButton/
how can I implement this “Call To Action Page With A Close Button”. I want the page to act as a form, display a text, icon, background and a button when clicked download a trial version of my software.
I did not find a CTA block in woodmart blocks. I use Gutenburg page builder only.

thanks for quick response. here is a screen shot show what I want.
when a user click a button outside from my site (in a facebook post as an example) the button will redirect him to my site (https://mushafword.com/).
which will display a form to fill his contact details. when he click submit button, I want to close the form and send an email to him which has a link to download a trial version of my product.
what I want is: how I can display this CTA form (as in attached image) immidiatlly when he redirected to my site and how send the email then how to close the form?

Hello,
The promo pop-up on your site is working as intended. It appears immediately when a user visits the site and prompts them to fill out the form. To close the pop-up, users need to click the close button (X) in the top-right corner.
To send the download link automatically after form submission, please set up an autoresponder in your contact form plugin: https://www.owengotimer.com/2024/01/23/how-to-set-up-an-autoresponder-in-contact-form-7/
