my account to hi (username)

when user login to his/her account the my account link doesn’t change to “hi [username]”

the issue is on the default themes (retail), in previous version it was ok, but in version 3 my account link does not turn to hello, [username]. i check this problem on website .

Please provide your admin access. May I switch to the default theme to check? If I switch to the default theme all you widgets may reset and you will have to add them again. Waiting for access and permission.
