My category pages keep turning into 404 error pages, which means visitors can’t find them.

The strange thing is, I’ve already checked with my server provider, Cloudways, and they confirmed everything is running smoothly on their end. To troubleshoot further, I even deactivated all my plugins with their help, except for WooCommerce (which is essential for my online store) and Elementor (my page builder). Even with a minimal setup, the category pages still disappear as 404s!

Here’s the kicker: the category pages work perfectly when I switch away from the Woodmart theme. So, it seems like there might be a conflict between Woodmart and my category setup.

Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it? I’d really appreciate any help you can offer!

    Hello,

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    Regards
