My Product descriptions aren't working

Hey support can you help me regarding this problem. so there is a lot of space between it. Is it possible to adapt that to every product? so that we don’t have to change it for every product separately

The difference is one product has this short description, another one does not http://prntscr.com/k2gykt and http://prntscr.com/k2gyqh
As soon as all the products have the description it will be shown on hover
