Hello,
Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back. Also, please send access to the admin dashboard.

Luman have many bug , pls fix or make new update , all menu show 2 times , all page have line , if change home page , no have footer . totally is not same demo . pls check my last ticket , i also send photo and my admin user pass

After investigating the issue with the lines on the background, I found that it comes from Theme Settings -> Colors -> Pages background -> General: https://take.ms/4nTdv
As for the duplicated menu items, try to clear the old data and import the demo again: https://take.ms/SnSkj , or you can navigate to Appearance -> Menus and remove duplicated menu items manually.
