Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Every row/section that contains a slide and row/section containing that contains the slider, should be the default width. The width should be configured in the slider setting, not in the row.

If it is not the reason, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

I have the same issue with the slider. I read the whole thread and followed all the instructions, but the slider still does not work in full width in carousel mode.
“Stretch” for section is disabled.
Content width: “Boxed”

UPD: Solved by enabling “Full width content” in slide settings section.
