My shop page categories name showing double

Hi there , my shop page categories showing weird means two of my category names showing double where as from html code & product category i only name/give input of it once as normal rules .I have attached screenshot for the clarification . Please tell me the solution .

You need to add icons to all the categories or remove them from all.
Please provide your site admin access to the private area. I will check the reason of duplicated categories.

Hi there but after your work my website got broken in the front home page . If i hover over any category then sub category seems lost /broken . Screenshots has been attached . Please solve it

I did not touch the mega menu blocks. I entered the category and removed JPG image, such action no way influences the megamenu blocks.
