My sidebar is not displaying on mobile devices

Hi there,

I have an issue with my sidebars.

You will see there the sidebar on your right. I am also attaching you a screenshot.

Finally, then try and visit this same page on mobile. You will see no sidebar.

And the sticky off-canvas button does not work at all for my whole website!

Any ideas?

Please navigate to the Theme Settings > and disable Off-canvas sidebar from Mobile Navbar https://gyazo.com/6953b81a0450c3c1de46c96b17bdb47c

Next, enable “Off canvas sidebar for mobile” in the Theme Settings > Shop > Title and Sidebar http://prntscr.com/nbpz34

I have made the changes as you proposed but still, I get some display issues on the single product pages and on mobile devices. Please, try the link I have sent you in my previous message and see that although I have disabled the sticky off sidebar button for tablets and mobiles, this is still there.

If you want this to be disabled, the sidebar would not appear.

I have enabled this option in the Theme settings to test and get convinced everything is working properly.

Now, your sidebar is working on the product page as you wanted.

I am afraid that we are not on the same page somehow.

I have disabled the sticky off sidebar button for mobile devices, but this is still there. How can I have my sidebar on all single product pages but without the sticky button? I mean, visitors have to see the sidebar after they scroll down the page and after all product info and related products.

This is an example of a single product page on another website that I am also using your theme with another license code.

This is how I want my sidebars on all mobile devices. You will find it after you scroll down the page, after product summary and related products section.

I am trying to do the same for the domain apothikizoubos.gr, but it seems really difficult for me to manage it. Like it is not working.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue again. Some of your plugins influence our theme.
