Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
The WoodMart Theme and WoodMart Core plugin is now updated to the latest version on your Site which are 7.1.2 and 1.0.36 respectively. To be on the safe side, we had deactivated all the third party Plugins on your Site. You can reactivate them again as per your choice.
The Site is not showing any critical error now and is appearing fine too.
Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.
Best Regards

VikashParticipanttq. can you advise how i can do it on my site in future should a similar issue like this occur again?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We are glad that we could be of some help 🙂
This could generally be caused by some third party Plugin conflict we suppose because usually updating the Theme and Core plugin doesn’t show Critical Error on the Site, confirmed from the Test Site as well.
So, in future if you want to update your Theme and Core plugin please make sure to take complete Backup of your Site first to be on the safe side if anything misbehaves. Then deactivate all your third party Plugins for a while > and then try updating the Theme and Core plugin to make sure that the Theme Update isn’t compromised with any of the third party Plugin conflict. Once you are done with the Theme and Core update you can reactivate your Plugins again.
Further, regarding updating the Theme you can check out the Theme Documentation guide too: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
Hope this helps !
Best Regards
