I installed a paid theme on WordPress. I started working on it and everything went perfectly, leaving it working perfectly, but after 10 ten days the site doesn’t make me look any more.

Please provide your site admin access to the private area.
Deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check. If you have made any customization of functions.php, remove them.

Good morning. I tried to change the theme and everything works correctly. I tried to disable the plugins and it remains unchanged, so the problem is the basic theme. Furthermore, by doing a virus scan, it presents malware that, once removed, reappears immediately.
