i contact with my hosting provider serveral time they tall me that

I also see no recorded downtime, no high resource loads on the server, and all load times and performance look steady and normal.
A website is like a car and it needs service and updating in order to run smoothly. If just left to its own, it will become slow and error-prone and have security vulnerabilities. ”
some time image are not load. performance are too slow. some times pop up page not found. it not work properly
