I recently paid for the premium plan of your theme. I have fired my previous programmer and the new programmer that I have hired told me that we should pay the woodmart premium. But now everything has failed and the web does not work. I need your help guys.

My current developer says that he thinks the other developer who made my website did it with a pirate theme or something similar. That’s why he has recommended me to buy this premium theme since I don’t know much about these things, I’m not an expert in these topics. When we have installed the premium theme that we paid for, everything has stopped working

It has also happened to us a lot that users appear that the website has malware

Hey guys I have seen that other tickets that have been entered after mine have responded. I really need your help

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

We would recommend doing the following:

    1. Recreate your live site from the backup as it was when it worked.

    2. Create a staging platform and install and activate the legally purchased theme.

    3. Export/import the Theme Settings from the live site to the staging site, if there are any problems, you will have to recreate the settings: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/theme-settings-panel/#Import_Export

    4. Then import the header: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/how-to-exportimport-headers/

    5. Finally import-export the content via Toos > Export/Import and then move your ready staging site to live domain.

If you need any help or have difficulties let us know we will guide you.

    Best Regards
