My website doesnt work properly

Hi .. i installed Lusion theme couple weeks ago then i purchased Basel theme and installed it
Since then my website doesnt look right .. and Lusion icons appearing everywhere + the footer start appearing at the middle of any page .. and almost all the pages have “index.php” before the page name “i dont know if this it part of Basel theme or not” .. please help

I hope you have made the full backup of your site before the theme change. Please restore your site from the backup.

Then follow these steps:

Deactivate all the plugin on the site,

Install the Basel theme as per instruction: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/installation-process-2/

Install and activate all the plugins from Appearance > Install the plugins.

Finally, activate the third parties plugins one by one checking the site to detect which one causes the problem.

Do not activate the plugins related to the previous theme (theme unique builders and others)

i did everything as requested

1- deactivited all plugins
2- deleted all themes
3- installed Basel theme
4- activated the required plugins “i only have 3 extra plugins Enhanced Media Library, Minimal Coming Soon & Maintenance Mode, Really Simple SSL” which are not related to any theme

but the problem still as is

Hello,

I would recommend you to export net content by means of tools > Export/import, then remove all, prepare net WordPress installation, and install the theme on the net installation, then upload the content.
