    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area. You have provided the access to the host account

    Thanks for the response, I’ll deactivate the plugins right away.
    As for the admin access, login into the hosting account and access WordPress from there. Once you are in, then you have access to the theme sitting
