My Website Woodmart Theme is showing Pay by credit card

    Hello there,

    I only activated Bank Transfer for my Woocommerce Website but I’m seeing pay by credit card when user click on Checkout for my products.

    When I checked further, seems the pay by credit card is from Braintree but surprisingly, I didnt install any of such plugin.

    How can you fix this conflict on my website?

    Hello,

    Navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins and check for any active payment-related plugins, Deactivate any plugins you didn’t install intentionally.

    Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and verify that only the “Bank Transfer” payment method is enabled. Disable any other methods that are not required.

    Then Clear your website cache and check the issue.

    I have tried all of the above methods.

    1. No payment plugin is installed or configured on my website
    2. I have verified multiple times that WooCommerce > Settings > Payments only has Bank Transfer as mode of payment
    3. I have also cleared both my browser and website cache multiple times and the issue still remains

    I tested my website against WordPress default theme and another commercial theme, everything works fine (Screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/RlpS5VCLguwJ )

    3I discovered the bug is coming from Woodmart theme as it occurs only when Woodmart is activated

    Previously, it was showing the pay by credit card. We did some troubleshooting but would like to ask if you also did something else.

    This is to enable us know what brought the issues, and helped us prepare against it in future cases.

    Could you tell us if you did something else too?

    The issue has resurfaced again and payment method is showing.

    Hi, I have removed it and the issue has stopped thankfully but that was one of what I did before when the issue started and its stopped then too but started reappearing.
