Nav Bar keep disappearing & logged in users nav bar not updating

Every day, without fail, the website navigation bar disappears on the website (see: https://imgur.com/a/16SJbXD )
I have to deactivate a plugin (any random plugin) and it remedies it until the next day but of course this isn’t sustainable.
Also, when users log in the homepage nav bar doesn’t update – it continues to say login/register (see image: https://imgur.com/a/16SJbXD )
How do I fix these issues?

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Performance and disable the Mobile DOM Optimization.

The Nav Bar disappearing has changed, however, when someone is logged in, it still shows this nav bar on the home page:

In most cases, this is related to the cache plugins. Please deactivate all the cache plugins from the site and remove the cache as well then check back the site, I am sure you will not find the issue.
Otherwise, please share the WP admin login details so I will check and solve the issue on the site.
