Hello, I have a question related to Navbar. Can I create a section 4?
I mean, now there are 3 of them. Can I add a section of 4?

Hello,

By default the header of woodmart has 3 rows and there is no option that you can add 4 rows to it. You can adjust the content in the 3 rows.

Try to use the Header banner element from theme settings > general > Header banner.
