Do you mean that you don’t see your mobile navigation icon on mobile devices? Try to fix it by placing the following code snippet to your Custom CSS section for mobile and tablet devices in Theme Settings

.widget_nav_mega_menu .menu>li.menu-item-design-sized .sub-menu-dropdown {
    display: none;
}

Sorry, but you can’t insert one Mega menu widget inside other mega menu item.
