Navigation Anchor Widget Not Working

Woodmart Elementor Widget Navigation Anchor does not working. I need to use it to set offset value because of the overlay header.

Try it yourself. Everytime you when I writing something I get same answer.Even your documentation is not included how to use the navigation widget.
Simply create a new page in wordpress and edit elementor and add some dummy content and add navigation widget and then create a link and add the anchor #anchor1 to it. And try it.
